We all love a good deal and we want to make it easy for our customers to take advantage of the offers we send them.
Please note that none of our offers can be combined with any other except for multi-purchase offers (otherwise we would go bankrupt very quickly!)
If you have already applied an offer/discount and you try to apply another one to your order, the original offer will be deleted. (This also includes cashback/rewards programs, which cannot be used in conjunction with our promotional discounts.)
Please note that if you access our website by clicking on an advertisement on social media or on a search engine, special rates may automatically apply. If this is the case, you will not be able to apply another offer. If you want to use a different offer, you must remove the pre-applied offer by changing the URL to www.charlestyrwhitt.com.ch or www.charlestyrwhitt.com.intl (international site).
Email promotions
If you receive an email promotion from us, you will need to access our website by clicking in that email, the offer will then be automatically applied. If you visit our site from your browser, the offer will not appear! If the offer is displayed in the banner at the top of your screen, but it is not applied to your order, make sure that you meet the minimum requirements listed in the terms at the bottom of the email. A www.ctshirts.com/ABC123 link will be included in your email, you can copy it into your browser's search bar if you are unable to access the site by clicking on another part of the email.
Thank you vouchers
From time to time, you may receive a voucher from our generous founder Nick Wheeler, to thank you for being our customer. These are unique to each customer, and have a specific code that must be entered in the '+ Do you have an offer code?' box in your shopping cart, before proceeding to checkout. If the code doesn't work, after clicking to validate it, you'll see an error message explaining why (there can be different reasons: the minimum amount hasn't been reached, an offer has already been applied, or the offer has expired).
