If you have ordered from our international partner - Global-E, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we believe that our quality is unmatched.
We are so convinced of this that we offer a three-month quality guarantee - which even applies to items purchased during the sales. As long as you have proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or order number will do), we will give you a full refund.
The only exceptions to our 3-month warranty are:
- If you purchased through Global-E, the warranty period is three months.
- Items that have been altered in any way (including, but not limited to, sleeve shortening, adding pockets, trouser shortenings, jacket alterations, and shortening shirt tails), are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. There may be circumstances where we can arrange a replacement return if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Monogrammed products cannot be returned or refunded.
If you wish to return an item or an order made through Global-E, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Global-E portal.
- Follow the instructions on your screen to create your return label. Don't forget to get proof of postage from the carrier.
- For these orders, please note that you can only return for a refund. To get an exchange, you will need to place a new order on our website.
