The easiest way to manage your emails is to click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our promotional emails. This will take you to a web page, with the following options:
- Unsubscribe completely
- Reduce emails to one per week
- Reduce emails to one every fortnight
- Reduce emails to one per month
Alternatively, if you have created an online account, you can log in and manage your settings from there.
